Personnel Rates and Requirements: A Park Monitor may be assigned based on your size/activity/sensitivity of the location. Please contact FilmL.A. for the most current personnel rates. 
Fee Structure:: Film Use fee: $450/day 
Still Photo use fee: 1-14 people $75/day, 15+ $150/day
Prep/Strike: $150/day 
Catering: 1-74 people $225/day, 75+ $450/day
Crew parking: 1-15 cars $100/day, 16+ cars $300/day
Base Camp Only: $450/day

Notes:: A reservation is required for use of all parks. The Park Office typically requires 3 full business days to process a reservation. Productions must call them prior to submitting a permit to FilmL.A.
Notes: The vacant warehouse is a large 80,000 sq. ft. building on the site that was erected in the early 1900s and used to be a maintenance facility for the historic red cars.
